Permission is granted to use Cambridge Assistant for legitimate educational purposes. Cambridge Assistant provides educational services including:

• Study guidance, explanations, and step-by-step solutions
• Practice questions and Cambridge-style problem solving
• Personalized tutoring sessions (TeachMe feature)
• Topical and yearly past paper practice materials
• Progress tracking and performance analytics

You agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate educational purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Respect intellectual property rights of all content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to users.

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Our payment processing is handled securely through PayFast, a trusted payment gateway. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• We use PayFast for secure payment processing with PCI DSS compliance
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Service access continues until the end of your current billing period
• Failed payments may result in temporary service suspension
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

• 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Partial refunds may apply for partially used services
• No refunds for services used beyond the 7-day period
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cambridge Assistant and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service except as permitted by applicable law.

As an educational platform, we are committed to supporting legitimate learning. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or educational institution regulations
• Submit assignments, homework, or exam questions during live examinations
• Use our solutions to complete graded assessments without proper disclosure to educators
• Share your account credentials with other students
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our algorithms
• Use the Service for commercial tutoring purposes without authorization
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or non-educational content
• Circumvent usage limits or attempt unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in academic misconduct.

In no event shall Cambridge Assistant, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
• Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide by the modified Terms.
